Carriers are materials which facilitate the processing, application and use of foodstuffs, food additives, flavoring additives, and/or other substances added to the food for nutritional or physiological purposes or flavorings, food enzymes by modifying, diluting, dispersing, or physically modifying these materials without altering their technological functions and without exhibiting any technological impact with each other.
